Coming from the tech sector ourselves we recognized the need for qualified and affordable software specialists, as well as other IT personnel. Rising labor costs, expensive and time-consuming, but still often unsuccessful, recruiting processes have made it increasingly difficult for European companies to stay competitive in the international markets. Our mission is to combat this ongoing development by connecting skilled and ambitious professionals from emerging Central Asian countries with companies all over Europe.
